Synnøve Seglem, Deputy Managing Director

  • Joined Knutsen Group in 2011
  • Experience as maritime consultant and surveyor from DNV GL 2004 – 2011

  • ME Material Science & Engineering from Imperial College London, UK

Magnus Gudmundsen – Chief Operating Officer

  • Responsible for all technical operations in both Knutsen OAS Shipping and KNOT
  • Employed in Knutsen Group since 1991

Ole Jacob Ræstad, CFO

  • Joined Knutsen Group in 1984
  • 37 years of shipping and project finance experience

Geir Tore Henriksen, Finance Director

  • Various accounting and finance experience from e.g. Norsk Hydro and Deep Ocean

Geir Hagen – HSSE & QA Director

  • Various positions in the Knutsen Group since 2007
  • Previously Lead Surveyor Norwegian Maritime Directorate
  • Master Mariner with 16 years at sea experience from Cruise, and offshore (PSV, ATHS and MPSV).

Trygve Seglem, Chairman and Owner

  • Majority shareholder in TSSI and 50% owner of Knutsen NYK offshore Tankers
  • Previously president of the Norwegian Shipowners Association
  • Began his career developing Statoil’s shuttle tanker operations
  • BSc. Degree from Newcastle University in England
